Prayer is simply talking to God and being honest in the process. It is talking to Him about our needs and concerns, whether for ourselves or for others. It is also a way to develop a real relationship with a real God who loves us. You do not have to know the bible from cover to cover, but we do have to want to communicate, believe that he is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.
